"A new push from schools to create a more diverse student body is a step in the right direction, but is not the sole solution. Getting young children involved in diverse sports leagues and community centers gives them the opportunity to interact in an active, fun environment, for example. The more young children of different backgrounds can be exposed to each other, the more we can hope for a fall in racial animosity in our youth and thus the fall of racism in the future."
