Such a tragic loss.
Don joined us in 1991 to be our branch administrator at Dynamics Financial. He came to us by way of his sister, Patrice, who was already on our team.
At Independence Financial, he transitioned to being a very successful loan officer.
At Pinnacle Financial, we welcomed Don into our partnership. It was kismet that we hired Amelia, as he met his beloved wife.
We came to Fairway and during our time here, we made Don the branch manager.
Don was the epitome of a perfect partner. We were very successful, but Don’s partnership went well past the professional relationship, and into our family life.
More than once, I needed to take extended leave to care for two of my children who had suicidal intentions..
I didn’t even ask for help, knowing that Don would step up and handle my deals completely until I could get back to work.
All four of my children knew Don and share the upset that all of us are feeling.
Being 19 years Don senior, I schooled my children that after I am gone; if you need anything at all, get in touch with Don. He will provide the wisdom, advice, and help that you need, just like I would.
I have many more than my fair share of blessings. Having Don‘s light in my life is one of my most cherished blessings.
As we all grieve, I will keep my spirits lifted by holding Don’s light in my heart.
