Amelia and family, I love you and I am sending my deepest condolences during this difficult time. Even though I've been far away, I still fondly remember my little nephew, Don. I hope and pray that you all can find peace with the wonderful memories your family created. Miss you.

This is such shocking, sad and heartbreaking news. Taken way too soon! Sending my deepest sympathies to Don’s family, friends and colleagues. When Don and the team joined Fairway, I was the lucky one to be onsite to onboard and train them. It was the most memorable onboard due to Don’s kindness, humor and leadership. His family always came first and he loved sharing stories. Don was the best to work with and I was blessed and grateful to have known him. Rest in peace Don! Thank You for making a positive impact on so many!

Amelia, Clive, Charlie and Claire, we are so sorry to hear about Don’s sudden passing and are just heartbroken for all of you. We have so many wonderful memories of his sense of humor and kindness at many baseball games over the years. We are thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers.

I am sad to learn of Don's sudden passing. He and I met when he joined Fairway Mortgage. We would see each other at all the company meetings. We both shared a love for red wine and would meet in the airport on the way home to share a couple of glasses, in the wine bar before departing. He spoke often about his wife and kids. His joy and love for them so obvious!! He was a true gentleman, very kind and compassionate. I will miss him ... think of him often and keep his family in my thoughts and prayers.
Rest well Don, you did a lot of good on this earth ... raise a glass of red in the angel bar :)

So incredibly sad to hear this. Don helped me transition to Fairway 8 years ago as a Branch Manager, and he was always willing to help me. We shared dinner tables, and cabs, and airport waiting rooms when traveling for Fairway corporate events, and there was always a smile, and laughter to be had. Prayers for the whole family...he will be missed.

My condolences to Don's family and friends. I first met Don when I worked for Faiway in the compliance department and we would hang out during the manager’s meetings he attended in Texas.

My heart envelops Amelia, Clive, Charlie, Claire and Don's beloved big family, cherished friends and colleagues. I'm grateful John and Steve reached out and shared this tragic news with me so I have the opportunity to contribute to honoring him.
I met Don when I joined the mortgage business at Mortgage Edge in 1998. He was so funny and my favorite person to banter and joke with. He was so good at not taking life too seriously and was always reminding me to chill out. Don was the type of person who looked out for everyone and gave generously. I remember our private conversations when Amelia joined our office as he began to fall deeply in love with her. Witnessing their love grow and later expand through having their beautiful children was a gift.
May you find an anchor of peace in the coming days as you adjust to life without his physical presence and may you feel his deep love for you in new ways, for he is never truly gone from you.
Love,
Sara
