You lived by example and was humility personified......the true meaning of a gentle man. You brought joy, happiness and inspired hope in all you met. You loved and gave equal opportunities to everyone that was fortunate to meet you and above all, your love for Mama Bimbo and your children including our spouses was unconditional.  Asides from your gentle and calm spirit, I will miss your sonorous voice at family devotions. 
In the words of my children, “Grandpa was a man of culture and value. He taught us the difference between right and wrong. He was a true gentleman and the best grandpa you could ever ask for. Grandpa will always be in our hearts and shall never be forgotten because of the wonderful and marvelous memories he has made with every one of us.”
An unknown writer said, “A daughter needs a dad to be the standard against which she will judge all men”. I am reminded of myself as a young girl fiercely determined to marry her dad lol. You were a positive role model, and I am blessed to call you dad. Dad, I wish we had many more years to pamper you and show you how much you mean to us, but God said it was time to call you home.

My dad never knew his own father, but he made sure that his children never missed out on having a father. He was always there for us, providing guidance, support, and unconditional love. He was a remarkable father, who instilled in us the importance of family, love, and compassion.

My dad was a wise and calm man, who led by example. He was an excellent educator and an outstanding administrator. He was a teacher to so many and a father to others. He helped so many people that the town dubbed him "father of all our children".

Dad, I salute you. You were an incredible man, and your legacy lives on through your children and the many lives you touched. Rest in peace, knowing that we love you always.
