I am grateful for the opportunity to have met you with my family the last time you came visiting your children and grandchildren. Thank you for raising such amazing individuals, sir. Your memory and legacy are blessed. Rest well...

Hununn,  a rare gem is gone! Daddy, you were a man of many caps too numerous to count. You are a lover of God, teacher of all teachers, disciplinarian yet loving, family man per excellence. Your love and care for your ebony wife Eniola, children  and anyone that come in contact with you is second to none. You give without looking  back, in fact you are humility personified. Your death has created a big vacuum only God can fill. Daddy, you lived a fulfilled life  and impacted many too. We are comforted that you have gone to a better place,  resting in the bossom of your creator. Please greet our father Pa ANDREW ADEEKO OLOTU.   We love you but God loves you more. Rest in perfect peace Baba Ewe of Iro Ekiti.  Good night  a gallant  Soldier. ADIEU!ADIEU!!ADIEU!!!.

Daddy never knew me while i was in the village. But as God will have it,i got admitted to the Federal University of Technology Akure in 2009/2010. One faithful day,i was to get board,MEE drawing book and other stationeries.A friend told me that there is an old man selling at the south gate that i should go there. As fate will have it,i met daddy and mommy in the shop and i couldn't believe my eyes.i introduced myself and the rest they say is history. He should me kindness repeatedly even i wouldn't like to look or pass through his shop ,he will call me from afar and greeted me. Daddy is such a good man. So calm, humble and God fearing. May the fruits you left behind continue to blossoms.May your generation never lack. Adieu my role model. Rest in peace baba omo.

May daddy’s soul rest in peace and may God give the entire family the fortitude to bear the loss.

I only got the chance to meet daddy briefly in Calgary and he exuded warmth and love.

Daddy was a wonderful and remarkable man who touched and impacted the lives of so many people. Although he may no longer be here, his legacy will live on in the memories and lives of all those he touched.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

My condolences to Olotu's family. Baba was my Yoruba teacher at FGGC Akure,he would call my name to ask if I understood the Language. He will explain it to me.  You were a great teacher, a good mentor. Baba, you will be missed forever.MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE.

From  Mrs. Adebayo Olushade (nee Opasho)

My condolence to the entire family; I pray for strength and comfort to you all. Most especially Mummy Olotu cause they were love birds, always together.

Daddy Olotu was a family man to the core, soft-spoken and peace loving. I am proud to have been shaped by his conduct and teaching.

Rest well sir.

Daddy was an excellent educator and a kind man. He took on guardianship role for me in Feggicolla just because we lived in same area and I'm friends with Ife. He was just the best! Rest on Daddy, you lived a good life, a life of impact.
My sincerest condolences to every member of the family at this time. Mr Olootu was a great teacher, instructor and mentor throughout my days in FEGGICOLLA. It is my prayer that God forgive all of his sins, grant him eternal rest and grant the families left behind peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of grief Amen.  from  Mrs. Olayinka Olufunmilayo (nee Akinuli), a past student of FGGC Akure, Ondo State.
Daddy Olotu was the pioneer President of Feggicolla cooperative Society under whom i served as the Financial Secretary and Treasurer of the cooperative. He was such a transparent, corruption free and kind hearted man. He was elected unopposed as the president of the cooperative effortlessly until he retired in 2001. Baba Olotu is always found to address everybody with respect despite been our boss and most senior in civil service during his days at Federal Government Girls College, Akure. Daddy is simply good. Rest on my president, my boss . Orun re re oo.

Dear sir,

Your life is worthy of emulation, you never hesitated to speak your mind notwithstanding whose ox is gored. You were a man full of wisdom, yet humble.  No matter how knotty an issue is, once you were privileged to talk, you will break it down and proffer solutions.

The Shagari community will surely miss your guidance. Sleep on sir, till we meet to part no more.
