Continued prayers to the family. The loss of a child is hard. I've come to be a part of this club that I never wanted to be a part of. Hoping for the family that each day gets a little better. And the breaths become a little easier. Blessings from the Day family.

I feel very lucky for the opportunities I had to interact with Vince professionally over the years.   He was someone who would pick up the phone anytime I had a question or issue and make me feel like my question was his #1 priority and help me until we found the answer.  Consistent and calm and present and upbeat, 100% of the time, never faltering.  Vince is as inspirational and as missed as ever.

Not a day goes by without missing my dear friend. Time continues to help heal the open wound and I know he’s in heaven smiling down helping make each day a better day for those of us who continue to grieve. Rest in heaven Vince - we shall meet again.

Vince was an awesome friend and coworker! He will really be missed. My condolences to his family. I loved traveling with him for work and chatting with him about blackjack, sports, vacations, and just about anything. 💕

I knew Vince at the University of Kansas, where we both attended the journalism school. Although I hadn't seen him in person since then, we stayed in touch through social media and planned to catch up in Washington, D.C., on a couple of occasions when I visited for work. That never happened, and I'm devastated to see the news. Vince was a joy and delight as a person, and I was beyond lucky to know him.

I would like to again offer my condolences to the Edwards family for the loss of Vince. While I only knew Vince for a few months, I was quickly taken by his character and his unflappable demeanor. Upon learning of Vince's passing, his colleagues at the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) celebrated him through words, songs, pictures, beautiful memories, and many tears. Earth's loss is heaven's gain. Continued best wishes for peace and comfort to all of Vince's family, friends and loved ones.
