Stephanie Valentine’s depth of character was both profound and unwavering. She was trustworthy, caring, kind, strong, and courageous — a woman whose faith guided her, whose love for her sons anchored her, and whose commitment to her community uplifted so many.
At Invesco, her value was immeasurable. Beyond her professional excellence, she championed diversity, equity, and inclusion with conviction and boldness. She stood for what was right without hesitation — truly, there was no shame in her game.
May her legacy continue to shine through the countless lives she touched. I am holding her family, friends, and all who loved her in my heart.

Sending prayers and condolences to you and your family. I met Ms. Stephanie at Gloria’s Hair Salon. Ms. Stephanie was my best friend and every other Friday when we would see each other we would hug and smile and talk about our day and plans for the weekend. Ms. Stephanie was a total blessing to me and I always called her “My Ms. Stephanie!!” I’m truly going to miss her and I know she’s resting in peace. Rest on beautiful Angel.

There are some who shine a light so bright into the world, that even after they are gone, the light remains. Stephanie's light will remain long after she is gone and her contributions will still be felt. She was a true gift and I enjoyed spending time with her over the past 13 years and working closely with her. She was there for me when I needed her during my own loss and was always giving to others. My heartfelt condolences go out to her sons and family. I will miss her tremendously and know that anyone that knew her will too.

Stephanie was often the first person who greeted me when arriving at Church each Sunday. She always had a warm smile on her face. She was such an integral part of Bible Way Ministries. I am truly going to miss seeing her. What a huge loss. My sincere condolences to her sons and all of her loved ones and friends. May she rest in peace.

I don't think I had a single conversation with Stephanie over the years that didn't start with an update on her three boys. She was a dear co-worker and friend, but her best and favorite role was mother. I will miss her dearly, and my heart goes out to her beloved sons.

I will never forget you. You were and will remain a staple in our lives. I watched you love my sister like she was your daughter. I watched you love us like we were your sons too. Godma I wish I was able to see you but I know you’re in a better place. Keep that’s smile on your face. This is not GOODBYE but a SEE YOU LATER. Make sure you save a seat for me. I love you so much. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another good friend, Stephanie Valentine, who was a prayer warrior and truly loved God has transition today into the arms of our God. We served together at Christ Temple, under Apostle Dr. James I Clark, Jr., as youth leaders for several years. She was an awesome friend who always had an encouraging word and would go above and beyond to help. Whrn I was single and living alone, many nights she drove me home in her car to ensure I got home safe and never asked for gas money. When I would offer she always said she had it, which showed Stephanie put others before herself, just as God's word encouraged. We spent many days encouraging one another spiritually, personally, and professionally. My Sister-in-love, Stephanie, take your rest as you hear God say "WELL DONE THY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT!" Until we meet in GLORY!!

What beautiful pictures you have shared!
Stephanie was truly one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met at Invesco. She always knew just who to connect with and never hesitated to offer a word of encouragement. Even though I’m based in Houston, I really appreciated the chance to collaborate with her on ideas for our local Cares committee. Her warm smile and wonderful laugh had a way of brightening any room.
Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. Losing a mother is so hard, and my heart is with you as you navigate this loss. I find comfort in the hope of seeing her again one day.

Stephanie was the best boy mom! I loved her stories of one at ball practice, while one practiced band and another did homework in the van! My life was blessed to know Stephanie. Always loving and upbeat. Love to all my Valentine guys!

Dearest Stephanie, you were one of my very first collaborators since I started my IVZ career. I've learned so much from you. How to thrive as a woman carving out her path in finance. Doing so while being kind and compassionate. Finding sparks of inspiration in what I do day in/day out. To be transparent, you've given me my fair share of headaches too. Like the time you tried to recruit me in your campaign to change the color of the logo at the top of our building in downtown ATL to celebrate a BRG month. Never afraid to go straight to the top to have your voice (and all of ours) heard. I've going back through our conversations today and feeling so grateful for all the moments I got to share with you. You are our legacy.
