I feel so blessed to have had Shirley as my 'big' sister.  She was the role model that my twin sister, Judy, and I strived to be like.  She was always fun-loving and full of mischief in bossing Judy and I around.  As adults I moved to Washington State so we saw each other only occasionally, but those occasions were always full of fun and laughter.  In our later years, we mostly spoke by phone, but each time we shared fond memories and a lot of laughs.  I think of her everyday.
