Scott came to numerous Rogers family holiday gatherings and always added his smile and fun to them. I remember his laugh and easy smile, his generous nature.

2017, Standish-Hickey State Recreation Area, Leggett, CA, USA
For my bachelor party, I invited a group of friends to go camping in the redwood forest a few hours north of San Francisco. Scott drove up with his friend, Dave, and arrived before us. We arrived pretty late at night, after dark, and Scott and Dave had already set up their tents and started a nice fire. We set up our tents and joined them around the fire. We were telling stories and joking around. I have fond memories of Scott laughing heartily at Dave's stories, and remember it as a very warm and happy evening.
