Celebration of Life to begin at Lakeview Brew Coffee Café at 2pm. Guests are invited to continue on to The Avenue Pub for a celebratory toast to Neil's life at what would be his normal shift time around 5pm. The Avenue Pub is located at 1732 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130.
