Richard (Rick) Peter Neumann (68) died peacefully December 17, 2018, surrounded by family in his home in West St. Paul, after a brief battle with cancer.
One of four sons of Bill and Phyllis Neumann, Rick was born December 14, 1950, in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from Rosemont High School, attended Normandale and completed his degree in business administration at Mankato State University in 1972.
