Randall Joseph Toye, 68, of Dallas, TX, passed away on April 28, 2023 after a long battle with amyloidosis, officially diagnosed in 2019.
Randall was born on March 18, 1955 to Vance and Norma Toye in Flint, Michigan. After graduating from Flint Central High School in 1973, he attended Harding College in Searcy, AR where he met his wife, Peggy Lee from Gretna, Louisiana. Randall and Peggy married in 1974 and had two children: Joe, …
