Not only was Norman a lovely, loving man but he left a beautiful legacy of a lovely, loving family. He would be very proud! My thoughts are with all of you today.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Tribute video. We appreciate your beautiful memories and words about my grandpa, Norman Landsberg. Please feel free to watch the completed video here: https://www.tribute.co/norman…
I first met Norman when I was 19 and in college. I was a runner for Norman, John and Jeff on and off for years. Norman was more than a boss. He was like my Uncle Norman. Always teaching. From jewelry to Yiddish. He was a well of knowledge.

I was so upset to hear of Normans passing. I have such great memories of going to the house and spending time picking out the perfect stones for jewelry he made me. He and Carol were two very special people. I think of her so often. Sending much love to the whole family. Two people I will truly never forget. XO
We are so sorry to hear about Norman's passing. My family have been going to Norman on 47th Street for over 50 years. He brightened many of our days and was one of the kindest people that I've ever known. He was a true legend on 47th Street. He will be deeply missed by our family.
Jon, Jeff and family. My sincere condolences to you during this extremely difficult time. In 2018, I was heading into Manhattan during the middle of the week and decided that it may be a good time to check out Landsberg Jewelers in the Diamond District. Jon was working in Manhattan that day and was nice enough to introduce me to Norman. I'm thrilled that I was fortunate enough to meet the man that started it all...

Deep condolences to the Landsberg family. My family had been buying jewelry at his booth since the late 1980s. In fact, we wouldn't buy anywhere else since finding him. Such a kind man. May his memory bring you solace.
I met Norman probably in the mid 50's as I was in gradeschool with Carol and we remained friends for all those years. Norman was always the very same person until his old age He was kind, assertive and a good guy who will be missed.

We were so sorry to hear this news. We met Norman at his jewelry booth last February. He was kind, friendly and very helpful. We wanted a chai on a chain to give to our first grandchild who was to be born a few months later. We were at his booth for several hours as he made calls and found us the perfect gold chai. He even poured a Black Label for my husband. We are so sorry for your loss and when our little Issac grows up we will tell him about the day we purchased his chai and the charming gentleman who helped us.
May he Rest In Peace

My heart still hurts every time I think about it (which is quite a lot). I am forever thankful to Norman for giving me a chance and to the rest of the Landsberg family for so many years of wonderful memories. Working for Landsberg Jewelers changed my life in many ways. Norman was a true gem and I am glad the legacy has (and will) continue on).

Love,
Sarah K
To the entire Landsberg family I send my deepest condolences.
I always looked forward to seeing Norman when he was at Susan and Jeff's home. It made each visit that much more remarkable. Norman was a man that made you feel that you were the most important person. You could see and feel his heart through his eyes and smile. Jeff, Susan, Harley, Willy and Quin I can see why you are all so special and kind. Love you all very much. I will hold Norman in my heart always.

Dear Jeffrey, Jon and Barry, I send my deep condolences to you and your families. Your father was special to me for most of my life in New York. I could never think of a special event without commemorating it with something beautiful that Norman would select.

So many beautiful words and memories by so many friends that felt the love and kindness of my Uncle.
I have so many wonderful memories of going to 47th with my Grandfather ( Norman's Dad ) when I was a little girl and hanging out at the booth.

Dear Jeffrey, Barry and Jon,

My sincerest condolences on the passing of your dad. Growing up with all of you in Long Beach Norman alway seemed such an important and permanent part of the community whether at school events, basketball games, the temple or at at his place of business where it seemed that he would be for the next hundred years. Many important and wonderful times were spent with you and your parents and I will always appreciate that.

I am sure that you have many happy and important memories that makes this loss bearable and will make all the future good times even more special. Jill also sends her best wishes.

Your friend-

Jeff

To Jeffrey and Jonathan and the entire Landsberg family: the Baltimore branch of the Norman Landsberg Fan Club sends our truly heartfelt condolences at the loss of Norman. He never failed to greet us like he'd been waiting just to see us, with that warm smile and unerring advice - for every special occasion since 1982. He was truly the kindest, most humble and gracious man and he passed along those qualities to Jeffrey and Jonathan and the rest of the family. It's been our pleasure to have known him for so many years and we join with the many who will truly miss him and the good things he embodied about business as a personal relationship. So glad our next generation was able to know and love him as we did.
