Obituary

Norman Landsberg, Legend of 47th Street, in Manhattan's famed Diamond District- Born 11/08/1926, died peacefully from Covid related illness on 2/13/2021.

Growing up in the Bronx, he helped his father Jacob, delivering seltzer to tenements in the neighborhood.

After serving his country as a translator during WWII, he attended NYU on the GI bill. In 1948, upon graduation, he wed the only love of his life, Carol, and spent the rest of his life with …
