It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Norman F Baugher, Jr. A long time Fulton, MO resident, he transitioned peacefully with loved ones at his side on November 12, 2025, at the Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, MO.

Norman was born on August 23, 1947, in Quincy, IL, to Norman F Baugher Sr and Dorothy V (Uppinghouse) Baugher. A 1965 graduate of Payson-Seymour High School, Norman joined the United States Marine …
