Background

Norman was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was an active member of the local VFW post in Fulton, MO for much of his adult life. Our family has many cherished memories with other post members and of events at this post, including Bingo, Dinners, Parades, Poppy Competitions, and Scholarship Competitions. Contribute to Veterans of Foreign Wars  Right arrow
All contributions made to Veterans of Foreign Wars through Ever Loved will be sent with the designation, “Wherever it is needed most”, at Morgan Baugher's request.

Update from Nov. 19, 2025

If you would like to donate directly to Post 2657 in Fulton, MO, you can donate there in person, or there will be a collection at both his Celebration of Life in Fulton, and at the Funeral Services in Quincy. Those funds will be used locally in the community services, community outreach, and operation of the local post. If you would like to donate online, the donation will be to the national level VFW where the donation funds will be used towards all of the various programs the VFW funds to improve veterans (and their families') quality of life.
