Update (April 17, 2023):
Thank you to all who attended the celebration of life for Marilyn on April 15! We were blessed to have you come and share your love for her.
Here is a link to the photo slide show we shared during the event. It is a very large PowerPoint file so you will need to download the file to a computer. You may need PowerPoint to view it. If you have problems, contact Bart (bartonlreed@yahoo.com)

Kim Reed and Scott Biesemeier’s mom, Marilyn Biesemeier – known to my family as Gáme - died unexpectedly on November 29. She passed away at United Hospital in St. Paul after going to the emergency room the night before. Kim, Scott and Marilyn's brother Gary Munson were at her bedside as she passed. We are sure there is another angel in Heaven.
Gáme was an amazing mom, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She was one of the sweetest, kindest, most loving and giving people any of us has ever met and we can’t put into words how much we miss her.
We would love to have you share your memories of Marilyn including stories, photos or anything else you want to share. Please note that the website is a work in progress. It will likely take us a while to add many of our own photos and memories along with information on future plans to celebrate Marilyn’s life. Please feel free to share this link with others.
Gáme loved Christmas. Even though she did not host many visitors, her home was always impeccably decorated for the holiday. Even though she was of modest means, she always gave thoughtful, loving gifts. And even though she lived alone, she baked dozens and dozens of cookies to share with the people she loved. To honor Gáme’s Christmas spirit, we hope you will look for ways to extend similar love and kindness throughout the season and beyond.
