Maria Lauren Romano, age 57, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2019 in Cumming, Ga. Maria was born and raised in Carteret, New Jersey. She attended Carteret High School (‘79). Maria worked as a paralegal in NYC for many years. Maria moved to Georgia in 1996 and raised her two children; Caitlyn Slack (28), and Stephen Slack (25). After both children attended college, Maria moved back to New Jersey and married her grade school sweetheart, …
