I was so sorry to hear about Keith's passing. He was such a kind guy with a great sense of humor and was one of the best Security Officers ever. I always looked forward to the days he worked in Ottawa. Oswego P.D. Was lucky to have such a dedicated officer working for them for so many years. My thoughts and prayers go out to Keith’s family and his precious daughter who he was so proud of.
