Background
Keith proudly served over 20 years with the Oswego Police Department. In honor of his memory, a scholarship fund has been created to provide a police academy scholarship to an individual who is pursuing a career in law enforcement.
During Keith's police career, he served as a Traffic Officer and School Resource Officer, and truly loved working with the community. He was also involved in the Character Counts Program, Junior Police Academy and the Operation Impact Program. Contribute
