Karen was a joy to know as a fellow Austin travel counselor for over 20 years. I sat beside her at our last Travel Agents Council of Austin luncheon on March 11th before we were all quarantined. Always perky, joyful, full of good humor and good will, she was one of those people who was beautiful both inside and out. I treasure having known her and was honored to be a friend.
