She was my little adopted sister and so easy to love. She allowed me and many others to share her mother, Mom Dukes. I will never forget you.

We met though work. Even though I worked in the Florida office and she worked in Austin. We often talked. met when I went to Austin and when we were at conferences. Always had a smile and never saw her down. She was a pleasure to work with and is missed by all of us that worked with her.
I met Karen at a BCRC support group in 2018 when I was diagnosed. We attended many support groups together & I was always happy to see her. She was a bright light & helped me so much. She will be missed.
We met Karen through Oak Hill baseball back when our boys were just 6-7 years old. Karen was full of fun, laughter, and so much style! She never had a bad hair day!! And pink is definitely her color! I will miss Karen - she always had a ready smile for anyone! To Marvin, Brandon, and Brice’s family, we will keep you all in our hearts and prayers! We look forward to the day when we become one family together in heaven with Jesus! With much love always, Randy and Kim Preslar

We love you and trust that God has Karen in His Kingdom. Our deepest sympathy for your healing during this time.
I met beautiful soul Karen and Brice back in 1989 in Austin through their lifelong friend Joe Harris who is my brother. I lived with my brother and his family for several months so I saw Karen and Brice on more than one occasion. Karen was always stylish, intelligent and poised in her life. She has left amazing heart prints on so many lives especially in her immediate family members. God bless the Brice family during this sorrowful time as you celebrate a magnificent woman, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. 🙏🏾🤍🕊
KB was more than a friend...she was my sister and I relish in the fact that I shared this earth with such a beautiful soul. I will miss my Sister and will remember her love and generosity. I send my most heartfelt and sincere condolences to the Brice and Dukes families, and KB tell Big Duke we remember.
Karen and Marvin blessed us with their presence on many occasions at family gatherings. The positive energy flowed, along with love and laughs. She made the best banana pudding that we've ever had in life. Love you. Stay Abundantly Blessed, Divinely Protected and Highly Favored. (Sista).

Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

WHEN TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT HER
When tomorrow starts without her, Please try to understand
That an Angel came and called her name, and took her by the hand;
The Angel told her, her place was ready in Heaven above,
And that she would have to leave behind all those she dearly loved.
But when she walks through heaven's gates, she will feel so much at home - For God looked down, and smiled at her and told her "Welcome Home"! So when tomorrow starts without her, Don't think you are far apart, - For ever time you think of her, She's right there in you heart.

My condolences and prayers for the family of wonderful Karen Dukes Brice. She was a bright shinning star to all who met her.
We first met when she and our daughter were undergoing breast cancer treatments at Texas Oncology. She took the time to introduce herself to me and my husband and extend her kindness and understanding of what we were about to go through with our daughter. She started a group with our daughter and several other ladies there who would met in support of each other. From then on every time we saw each other hugs were exchanged.
She fought this ailment with style and grace. Her smile and personally always came though. She was a complete angel here on earth and an inspiration for our daughter.
God has called her to be an inspiration I heaven!
Sincerely, Johnnie and Roy Harris
