Johnny Dixon, age 83, of Lyons, died Saturday, June 29, 2024, after an extended illness. He was born in Wheeler County, but lived most of his life in Toombs County. He worked in construction, drove a truck for Georgia Highway Express and Transus, and worked at Handy Andy. He was a member of South Thompson Baptist Church.
