It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of John "Johnny Bill" Cox, who left us on May 23, 2025. He was born on April 26, 1947 in Marietta, OK, and led a remarkable life filled with success, love and adventure.

John was a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, where he completed his degree in Business in 1959. Having a pioneering spirit, he relocated to Taipei, Taiwan in 1975, an adventure …

Dad generously donated his body to the University of Texas’ Willed Body Program to contribute to the advancement of medical education and research. This final act of service reflects the kind, thoughtful person he was throughout his life. In 1–2 years, once the program returns his remains, we will gather for a celebration of his life and honor his request to be laid to rest at sea.
