A fun evening celebrating with friends & neighbors

I will always remember Jen as a very fun, nice person to be around, who was also very smart. We shared great times with the same group of friends, when we were all initially single and in our early 20s until we all married and started having children - they are wonderful memories of Jen that will live on in my heart. May God, family and friends help give strength to Jen's family and all those who knew Jen.

I remember the first time I saw Jennifer at a feis and she was gleaming with pride watching her girls dance. Our hearts are heavy but lifted by the memory of the love and support she gave to everyone she encountered. We hope you are also comforted by wonderful memories of such love and are surrounded by friends and family. We wish we could be there but are out of state.
Love Elizabeth Drake & Katie Williams

Jennifer and I were both part of G House at UCSD then roommates our sophomore and senior years and best friends in college and after college.
Watching her and Brad come together and start a family was a great joy for me.
I’ve cherished keeping in touch all these years and loved our kids getting to know each other like distant cousins would that see each other only on holidays.
Her tenacious spirit to figure the world out was always so inspiring. She possessed a fabulous balance of cautious prudence and adventurous spirit with a penchant for both the scientific facts and spiritual/intuitive guidance too.
I remember when she used to fret about whether she should focus on being a programmer or a manager and we both agreed she was best at balancing both.
I will dearly miss her wide ranging perspectives on life and candid observations.
I hope they hand her another Mazda Miata in the afterworld so she can cruise around with her head half shaved as it was when she graduated college with the top down feeling the ocean breezes free of pain.
I hope we can all embrace her daughters and Brad each in our own way as they continue on in this world without her.
