Jeffery John Palmer, 55 a resident of Monroe CT, passed away on Friday, December 13th. He was born in Stamford, CT on January 7, 1964 to the late John Albert Palmer and Naomi (Mostowy) Palmer. He is survived by his loving wife Catherine (Barcello) Palmer and three sons John, Brandan and Nicholas Palmer of Monroe, CT.
