Jeffery John Palmer, 55 a resident of Monroe CT, passed away on Friday, December 13th. He was born in Stamford, CT on January 7, 1964 to the late John Albert Palmer and Naomi (Mostowy) Palmer. He is survived by his loving wife Catherine (Barcello) Palmer and three sons John, Brandan and Nicholas Palmer of Monroe, CT. Jeffrey fell in love with ice hockey as a young boy and continued playing as an adult, coaching on his sons teams. He also loved working on cars as a hobby and was an avid golfer. A graduate of J.M. Wright Technical School, he attended Iona College and studied Criminal Justice. Jeff loved spending time with family and friends. At the families request the interment will be private.
