Jan Parsons, 61, of Elk River, MN died unexpectedly on February 18, 2022 from Covid-19. Her loss was completely unexpected and her family is shocked and deeply saddened. Jan was born on November 20, 1960 to JoAnne Jourdan and Herb Harris in Santa Barbara, Ca.  She is survived by her children; Elsa (39) and Travis (37) and her four grand children: Jacob (18), Audrey (12) Lexx (9) and one due in July. Jan worked as an x-ray technician and was proud of her education and service to the communities she lived in.  Jan was a creative artist, who loved to paint, sew and craft.  Anyone who knew Jan, knew that she was a kind, warm and loving person. She had an immense passion for her family and was always a source of positivity, love and support. Her family was everything to her and she would be so happy to know how many lives she touched and enriched. Jan's family and friends will miss her more than words can say.
