Jan Parsons, 61, of Elk River, MN died unexpectedly on February 18, 2022 from Covid-19. Her loss was completely unexpected and her family is shocked and deeply saddened. Jan was born on November 20, 1960 to JoAnne Jourdan and Herb Harris in Santa Barbara, Ca. She is survived by her children; Elsa (39) and Travis (37) and her four grand children: Jacob (18), Audrey (12) Lexx (9) and one due in July. Jan worked as …
