Mr. James Monroe “Crow” Moxley, age 82 of Soperton passed away on Friday afternoon, September 2, 2022 at his residence.
Born in Treutlen County, he was the only child born to the late Barney James and Eudora Phillips Moxley. He was a lifelong resident of Soperton, graduating from Treutlen County High School, Class of 1958. After high school, he attended ABAC where he earned his Associates of Arts Degree in Agri Business.
