James is a perfect example of a true gentleman. I had the pleasure to work with James at the Westin Hotel for several years and our working relationship was second to none. His attitude was so positive, professional and his smile was a true example that you could kill people with kindness. The best Pastry Chef at the Westin Crown Center Hotel.

I was sadden to hear of his passing. Much to soon, a young man that loved his entire family especially his Granddaughter. James you will be truly miss but I'm thankful to be able to call you my dear friend.

I am  extremely sad to hear of James’ passing . I had the pleasure of working first , as his mother , Jeanette’s busboy in 1974 ! Later having the additional  honor of wirking with James as a young pastry chef and  then as Exec Chef Pastry Chef  at the Westin Crown Center .

James was a phenomenally talented pastry chef who was classically trained . Whether it was a party for 10 or a group of 1000 , James we always knew that James would produce a perfect dessert . 

His smiling face and “ can do “ attitude will be missed . May God rest his soul in eternal peace .
