I discovered Schleprock in high school and was hooked. Doug is one of my all time favorite punk vocalist. I’ve mentioned to many friends Doug needs to be on a podcast bc I want to know more about him and stories I’m sure he has countless. I was broken hearted to hear of his passing and found myself hiking in my foothills recently repeatedly listening to his catalog. I never met you, Doug but you made such an impact on me. Thanks brother RIP

I had the pleasure of helping book the Generators 3 times in Victoria, BC Canada. Doug was always such a pleasure to work with, and the Generators never disappointed any of the 10 or so times I got to see them. I have some pretty great memories from our few conversations together, such a kind, humble and inspirational person ❤️
