I will always appreciate Don for hiring me at Walmart. He taught me how to support and take care of our people through his own leadership. A good man and a great friend over the years, remembered fondly for his kindness.

So sorry to hear this news today.

I worked with Don at Walmart where he was HR and I was GM. I also grew up in Yreka and worked for him as a paperboy. I never knew that until Don and I were talking at lunch one day and he dropped that info on me with his classic laugh 😊

A great wise man and team partner. I relied on his knowledge, experience and friendship many times.

Rest in peace my friend and thank you for impact you had on me and others.
