Donald Edward Hogun, age 76, of Red Bluff CA, passed away on December 25, 2023 after a long battle with heart disease.
Donald, fondly known as Don, was born in England, Arkansas on September 13, 1947 to Lilly Rucker and James Hogun. Growing up, he was the oldest of 5 children and often took on a mature family role. He started working for Siskiyou Daily News as a Route Supervisor at 17 years old and …
