Update from March 15, 2021

Thank you to everyone who has added a comment and donated since the last update I posted, here.

With your help, our family is able to cover both the cost of Dad's cremation and some of the medical copays related to his care the past few months. We've decided that, due to our family's collective financial situation, we need to save the leftover donated funds for Miho's journey back to Taiwan with Dad's ashes, among other incidental expenses that may come up throughout this process, after the dust on Dad's estate settles a bit.

Dad's obituary was published in the Friday, March 12, 2021, copy of The Morgan Hill Times and on Legacy.com: https://www.legacy.com/obitua…

Currently, we are not planning on holding a memorial service for Dad, and we thank everyone who has connected with each of us in the wake of Dad's passing. These connections, new and old, are special, and while it may be some time before you hear from us again, please know that we have nothing but gratitude for you.
