I'm so very sorry about Dave. He was lucky to have such a loving family, as were you to have him. I'm sorry that distance precludes my attending the Celebration of Life; I wish I drove freeways!  Colleen (Mel)

We met Dave through friends years ago and over the past few years we got closer to Dave and Karla on our own. A very nice and funny man. Curious and good hearted. Will miss our dinners

Dearest Karla and Butko family, I received my notice of David’s passing today.  “Mr. Dave” will always hold a special place in my heart. I can recall many happy times I have shared with him,  including camping trips, wedding celebrations, and baby showers.  Those happy memories we all share, Dave always could make me laugh, never a dull moment. He’s probably still keeping everyone on-their-toes up in heaven.

When I received notice of Dave’s passing I was shocked. I am so sorry for your loss.

Karla Butko and family i just heard of Davids passing ,i want to say how sorry i am ,Im Judy Butkos sister,i met David when i worked at Costco and he was always so pleasant and i just wanted to let you know i care.
