I’m so saddened to hear about Colton’s passing. Abbott was so kind and welcoming to me during my first year in the Navy. He was someone I could reach out to for help and encouragement. Thank you for being a good friend Abbott. Miss you!

I am saddened to just find out today that my good friend Abbott passed away! We worked together in the military and kept in touch for a while after. Hurts to hear he is no longer living. God rest his soul and comfort his loved ones he leaves behind, you will be remembered bro! 🙏🏾❤️
Prayers to you Colton and to all of your family. I remember the few times we had together and we always had fun. Your smile was contagious and Joleen was always so proud of you.  The world is a better place for you being here. Thank you Colton.
In so sorry NY heart goes out to you all. Praying for u all.

I held Colton in my heart always. We met when we were in the Navy. I remember when Virginia got its first real snow fall back in 2009. He was so excited he just had to stop the car and play in the snow.

To Colton's family, I am sorry for your loss and please accept my condolences.

Hey Colton-

This one hurts man. As I look back at a few of the things we did together more and more memories start to pop up in my mind such as playing paintball in the woods at Tom's house in Harris, running around Joey's farm in Almelund, snowboarding at Wild Mountain with Levi, and all of the birthday parties we were able to share with each other at one another houses. I know its been a minute since I last seen you, but wanted to let you know you were able to touch the hearts of so many with you genuine smile and caring heart. Until we meet again know we all loved you no matter what kind of shenanigans we were getting into and we will see you soon!!!!! Your friend Caleb

“Ap-butt”  the letters came off your baseball jersey and everyone renamed you what the shirt said.  “Ap-butt”.  My family and I all remember you and your outgoing joking comments and love of sports.  Eternal rest grant onto them oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.  May the souls of the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, Rest In Peace Colton!  Coach Cleveland

I’m still in complete shock and am heartbroken for you guys. Colton was the absolute best. My MWA buddy and one of the kindest souls I knew. Always looking out for other people and lending a helping hand. He had the best smile that could turn your day better in an instant. RIP my friend. You will be missed 😔

I met Colton when he was around 3 to 4 years old. He used to stay with his dad in Silver Creek. A real nice kid. So sorry Steve to hear this news.
Colton was a generous and giving young man who always put himself before others. He was a good soul.

I didn't get to know you very well and we weren't that close, but I watched you grow up from a booger picking little boy to a wonderful gentleman as we shared so many classes together through school. I will never forget our last conversation. It has always stuck with me. Thank you for being one of the good guys, Colton. I hope you are at peace and I pray your family and loved ones find peace with this.
