Catherine "Katie" Prendergast, 42, of Newport Beach, CA passed away suddenly from a massive stroke on January 31, 2023, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Catherine grew up in Centennial, CO., she then set her sight on California. She lived in Newport Beach where she enjoyed the beautiful beaches, sunsets and many wonderful friends. She worked at connecting people for all of her years and enjoyed her friends, arranging flowers, gourmet cooking, charity events, …
