Carl's obituary
Mr. Halle was born on June 3rd of 1957 in Palatka Fl. to Bettie “Joyce” and Holland Halle. He gained a Bachelors degree from the University of North Florida and had a long and successful career with the Florida Department of Corrections. He married Debbie Halle on March 02, 1990. They raised 4 children, Shannon Mroz, Shea Norton, Matthew Masten, and Kilee Hodges.
Carl was heavily involved in Keystone First Assembly of God church. He also loved spending time with his family and was the Florida Gator’s biggest fan.
Carl was preceded in death by his mother, Bettie Joyce Halle and his father, Holland Halle.
Survivors includes, his wife of 30 years, Debbie Halle, brother Devon Halle, and his 4 children, Shannon, Shea, Matthew, and Kilee.
