Mr. Halle was born on June 3rd of 1957 in Palatka Fl. to Bettie “Joyce” and Holland Halle. He gained a Bachelors degree from the University of North Florida and had a long and successful career with the Florida Department of Corrections. He married Debbie Halle on March 02, 1990.
