Bev was so kind and helpful to my family and myself. I knew that her daughter, Dae, is a phenomenal athlete and had surgery for Chiari toward the end of last softball season so I reached out to her. She took the time to selflessly give me advice for my own daughter.  You could tell how much she loved her kids and family. A few of our last messages to each other were after a New Year’s tournament at Highlands Sports Complex where our daughters’ and their teams played each other. It was the first time that I got to really see Dae Sun play and was quite impressed with her so I made sure to let Bev know. She was happy to hear it and  her response was so kind about my daughter that I was so appreciative & made sure that I shared it with her. Even with just knowing her basically on social media, I could tell how special that she is, & my heart just breaks for her family, especially her kids whom she was so proud of... May God wrap his arms around them and offer  comfort and peace during this difficult time. My deepest sympathies 🙏🏼❤️

Throughout the darkest of days and the brightest of nights, this woman right here is a beast, I'm not going to say was, because she is, and will always be!!! I have never met a more selfless, beautiful, loving, and all around WOW person in my life. I'm not big on sharing things about myself with many, but Bev made me open up without even realizing that I was doing it 😆 and I love her so much for that. Most of our conversations would find there way to humor and even throughout the serious ones she always told me she knew, that no matter what was going on, she could always count on me for a laugh... and I wish I told her that I could always count on her for a smile 🤍 I've had the privilege of getting to meet the family but not enough as to where they would recognize me out and about but I will tell you all.... Bev loves you all so very much!!! She loves you beyond the meaning of love and without a doubt she will continue to do so in every way, shape, and form that she can.... Many prayers and love for you all and THANK YOU BEV for being you and for being in my life💗
She was a hero to me as I went through my own breast cancer journey. She was a badass mama. She loved fiercely. She gave generously. She fought gracefully. She was a devoted daughter and nursed her mother every time she got sick, while still having to endure the hardships of treatment. I will miss our shared sense of humor (sarcasm). I pray that you are at a better place where you feel no pain or sadness. Until we meet again… when it’s my time to go.
