This one hurts...real bad.
Bev attended Rittman High School where I taught and coached. I loved watching her compete. She was fierce, hated to lose and never quit. On the flip side, her heart was as big as her competitive spirit. Everyone liked and respected her. I would have loved to have coached her, told her that frequently...well, until she struck me out in the batting cage 😂...(trying to add some levity to avoid the tears) We developed a very special bond. We lost contact for many years until Facebook reconnected us. I found out about the cancer the day she was diagnosed. I received an unexpected message from her making me aware of the unfortunate news. Her exact words were, "Coach, remember when you always wanted to coach me.? Well I could really use a coach now."
I'm happy that she is pain free and with her dad, her hero, who also was lost way too early.
Rest in Peace Bev. Our loss is certainly Heaven's gain. When we meet again, I'm gonna take that fastball to the opposite field!

Sending heartfelt sympathy and prayers to Bev's family and friends.
So sorry for your loss, especially to you children, to lose a mother at such young ages.
She was a dear classmate of mine (Rittman High School Class of 1995)
May God wrap His arms of love around you and comfort you.
With Deepest sympathy,
Michelle Dotterer Stoller

A beautiful soul, inside and out, gone way too soon. She gave of herself to everyone in her life. She will be remembered by all those who had the privilege of calling her a friend and her fiery spirit will live on in Ty and Dae. My condolences to her family and friends who were her family.

Very sorry to hear that Bev is no longer with us. I had the opportunity to graduate High School with Bev back in 1995. She was a wonderful person then and it appears that she continued that legacy up until the end. I am certain that all of the class of 1995 will miss her dearly.
