Barry was born on December 6, 1955, in Fort Worth, Texas to Robert and Jackie Sleeker. He grew up in Fort Worth and later moved to Duncan, Oklahoma where he and his father owned and operated Bob’s Muffler Shop for many years. He returned to Texas in 1984 …
