Barbara Nell (Carson) Pica, age 77, passed away on December 23, 2019 from complications of Alzheimer’s Disease. Barbara was born in Indiana on September 6, 1942 to Robert and Viola Carson. The family moved from Indiana to California for a short period before going to Arizona and then back to California in 1959. Barbara was in the first graduating class at Western High School. She married Bernie in February of 1964 and gave birth to …
