I met Tony in 9th grade. We graduated from the same high school in '66. Tony was a fun loving guy but our paths didn't cross again until he was hired by the ARC and I got a job as the Ex. Dir of the United Cerebral Palsy. Frequently met at meetings. He was a true gentleman. I was happy when he retired move to Provincetown and pursued his passion. I am so sorry for his loss to his family and especially to Kerry. You will all be in my prayers
In response to "What did A. Paul love to do?"
We met Tony at the gallery in our first visit to Provincetown. He was so helpful and down to earth and gave us much of his time as we were having a hard time picking one of his many beautiful pieces. We ultimately settled on a piece called Harvest Moon. It hangs in our hallway and receives so many compliments. Our sincerest condolences From your Canadian friends, Gino & Maria Piccoli

Last time actually talking with A. Paul was 3 summers ago. We have 3 of his paintings in our home. A. Paul will always have a special place in our hearts, and his memory will live on.

Seeing Tony's smile, hearing him joke and laugh, but also discuss art as only he could. I salute his friendship and kindness as much as his expertise. How he will be missed. Thinking of you, Kerry, and all.
Tony was a great cousin and mentor. I remember with great fondness of all of our family gatherings. Tony, my brother would play basketball in our driveway in all sorts of weather and late in the evening. Tony was the big brother I never had and I will miss him dearly. Be at peace.

We are so shocked and saddened to hear this news. We love our A. Paul oil painting of red flowers hanging in the dining room, and will continue to think of him every time we look at it. I'm grateful to have had the chance to see him work with an artist's knife in his studio, and will always be thankful for his offer to "come try it!" even though I never took him up on it. RIP.
Kerry, I'm keeping you and your family in my heart and prayers. Paul was one of a kind, and I'm grateful to have known him even a little.
In response to "What made A. Paul different from most people you know?"
Dearest Kerry and all of A. Paul's loved ones,

My heart and prayers are with you all. I feel so honored to have met A. Paul during a visit to his studio on Commercial St. I visited with him admiring his work and introducing him to my teenage niece, who enjoys painting. A. Paul spent so much care and time with us sharing his passion for artistic expression. It was a visit I will always cherish.
Hugs and much love to you, Kerry.

So sad to hear of A. Paul’s passing. He was so talented and so young. I remember meeting him at the Artist Studio overlooking P Town Harbor. He was working on his signature seascape. He was so pleasant and explained some of his techniques. We are so sorry. Howie and Linda Zidel

There was never anyone quite like Tony - smart, driven, artistic, fun . We worked with him for years at Liberty. He was a very memorable person and we were glad to have known him. RIP Tony

God didn’t make many men like you, Tony!!!!! I can only think of one other!
We all loved you so much!
Tony often had lunch with me towards the end of his tenure at Liberty, I learned a lot from my friend.
In response to "When was the last time you spent time with A. Paul?"
Tony once told me everyone is like a spreadsheet, sure everyone has shortcomings but many of the shortcomings were outweighed by their benefits.
In response to "What did you learn from A. Paul?"
Tony treated every consumer with respect at Liberty. Tony new everyone's name and would stop and talk to everyone in program. He treated everyone with dignity and respect.
In response to "What act of kindness did you witness from A. Paul?"
