Andrew, you have been taken from us far too soon. It has been a genuine privilege to be your friend for over fifteen years. While we started out as colleagues at Morgan Stanley, we built a lasting friendship with so many shared experiences – from our 拔萃 roots and time at the CCC, to our years living in the North Point neighbourhood.
I will sorely miss our long conversations about cars, home renovations and our latest smart home projects. I am so grateful for your support and your advice on parenting and school applications – talking with you was always a great comfort, and it was clear that you were an amazing father to Joses and Jasper.
I feel fortunate that we made the most of this past year. From seeing you finally fulfil that childhood dream of driving a Porsche 911, to swimming alongside each other at the CCC gala – these are memories I will always value.
Thank you for everything, Andrew. You will be deeply missed.

I’ve witnessed Sir Andrew’s journey for almost three months while I was taking care of him. I know that his family was his strength and inspiration in every step he made. In times of hardship, I always reminded him that his family was around him, waiting for him to get better, so that someday they could travel together anywhere he wanted to go. I could see in his eyes the eagerness to heal and to get better.
It felt like I was taking care of a little boy with some naughty behavior, but I also saw a very genuine and good soul in him. While we walked in the park he would tell some stories about his childhood and crazy things in his single era. He always smile when he saw Mam Chilli and get distracted by her with the words ‘’You can’t blame me, you’re so beautiful’’ every time we’re doing exercises, he keep asking me where she is when Mam Chilli is not around. He may forget things but not the Love for his love ones.
Now he has joined our Creator, no more suffering and pain. I salute you, Sir Andrew—you fought a good fight. May you’re soul rest in eternal Peace, walk well in Paradise Sir.

Farewell, my positive outgoing dear cousin Drew, who often has a bright cheerful smile on his face, no matter facing adversity. Although I'm an IT nerd, I consulted Drew many times on tech stuff, and he would patiently explain to his 表姐 👌🏼
I will treasure these moments. No words can express the sorrow I feel when I learnt that he departed this planet 😿
I remember the story he shared about meeting Chow Yun-Fat (周潤發) one day in a park while he was practising Qigong (氣功), and Mr Chow came and taught him some moves. However, Chilli and I were flabbergasted that Drew didn’t take a selfie with Chow! 😅
Anyway, in His loving arms may Drew rest, and may the Almighty comfort Chilli, Joses and Jasper🙏🏼 AMEN !!!
