miss her so much and the pain and emptiness is at times unbearable. In looking back at her life she was quite a daredevil and shocked me and made me laugh. She was an amazing woman who went through many trials and tribulations but always had a smile and a twinkle in her eye!

Alice loved going home to Sweden to spend time with family, and was able to make the journey every few years up until very recently. Traveling on her own several times with her wheelchair in tow was a testament to her strength, determination, and love of her family.

Alice enjoyed playing the slot machines in Reno and Tahoe, and would go whenever she got the chance. She also loved her chocolates, a good Brandy Manhattan (with 2 cherries), and listening to good music (Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdinck, Elvis, the Glenn Miller Orchestra, and Paul Anka were some of her favorites).

Most recently, Alice loved hopping on her scooter to go down the street to visit her granddaughter and great grandkids.
