Mia Hart — Do not buy the Prevention motorized recovery exercise bike from this company or from retailers like Target who sell outdated equipment that is not supported. Levi King — Not a great experience, social workers & nurses are of little to no help outside of getting equipment ordered and lack overall compassion/sympathy, it's like talking to robots in most cases. Make sure you don't ask any questions about pain medicines your loved one is prescribed as well... Read more
