Mia Hart — Do not buy the Prevention motorized recovery exercise bike from this company or from retailers like Target who sell outdated equipment that is not supported. I paid over $400 for the Prevention 1108 in December 2021 when my mother came home from rehabilitation care. It quit working right after the... Read more

Levi King — Not a great experience, social workers & nurses are of little to no help outside of getting equipment ordered and lack overall compassion/sympathy, it's like talking to robots in most cases. Make sure you don't ask any questions about pain medicines your loved one is prescribed as well... Read more

Jennifer England — Took amazing care of my Mom. Even showed up for late night calls. After my Mom passed the nurse reached out to me to make sure we was okay.
