**Our Mother was an amazing cook.** 

You could tell just by watching her move in the kitchen—graceful, confident, and precise. She didn’t need measuring spoons or recipe cards; her hands knew exactly how much seasoning to use, and her intuition guided every stir and sprinkle. The flavors she created weren’t just delicious—they were healing, comforting, and unforgettable. Her cooking was a language of love, and every dish told a story of care, tradition, and soul.

She taught us her recipes to carry on her traditions in the kitchen.  Her meals were the glue that fed us and kept us together.
